    Turn signal flasher relay location

Can anyone tell me where in the world I can possibly find my 1998 Buick Skylark turn signal relay? My lights are flashing very fast and all bulbs are good. It must be the relay, but I cannot find it in either fuse panel. Maybe I'm blind? All and any thoughts appreciated!

    Thanks!!

The flasher units are usually under the dash on the driver's side. This is what it should look like.
