    just got an 04 ultra and the vinyl like trim appears to have expanded or something around the external door handles what should i do?

    If what I believe you are referring to is the plastic "washer" type gasket, there really isn't anything to do except maybe carefully cut it lose or see if it will just pull out. It might have split somewhere. Unless you are willing to get into the door panel from the inside and loosen the handle and maybe seal it up or cut a piece of gasket material to fit.

    it is almost like it expanded too much or something may have to nip a bit out and see if I can coax the rest back in

    One thing not addressed in the video is that the rear screw is actually easier to access by removing the plastic plug in the door frame in front of it. I use a nut driver 10mm socket and one of those ratcheting screwdriver handles ( 5 in one screwdriver?) to get to that one.
