My AC is blowing hot air only. My dad is a mechanic and believes it’s the blend door actuator but can’t locate it on my car. Any help would be appreciated. We’ve read it’s below the glove box but also below the driver dash.
Hey guys, my main problem that made me start the job was no heat. I’ve got heavy condensation buildup on the inside of the windows, a little rust under the dash. Naturally i thought I had a leaky heater core ( I also had water pooling in rear passenger floorboard, and park on a slight incline)...

I've got less than lukewarm heat from heater. Already, replaced heater core and checked thermostat. Now, I need new "bend door" part.
Can't find it on the car. Not on Drivers side or behind glove box??
Any Suggestions? A picture of Chilton's Manual maybe?

I recently got a 2003 Regal with 85K and i love it. I had a 2000 with 297K that i just sold. Still got 29 MPG.
My new Regal is having similar AC issues.
The fan works on all levels. I can hear it blowing like crazy on high and it eventually cools down the car...but it doesnt come through any...
