Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "2008 LaCrosse" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 2008 LaCrosse" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... I can understand why previous owner may have done it as they had a ground short some place. One way to check is with a meter set on a continuity test and check at both ends. I lost the driver's speaker and when I pulled out the harness had several almost and going to be broken wires that were not visible all in the bellows, that was on a 40k vehicle. If you can check the frame connector at the door it may be just not making a clean contact, can't say it's the cause.
