I have already replaced the radiator, heater core, all of the door actuators, thermostat (2x), and thermostat sensor. Each time I replace something, the heat works for 2 days and then blows cold. I am getting a code that says I need to change my thermostat. I am out of ideas, and cold. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Not knowing the code it may be something else, but you may want to consider the dash HVAC control module which could be the problem.
