2013 enclave articulating HID Headlight stuck left

I've had my head lamps replaced with factory equipment twice, and the GM shop didn't set my headlights to the "home" position. They're pointed to the left ditch. They still articulate, but they're not pointed straight.
Also the high beams are absolutely worthless even when adjusted correctly. There is no change in the light distance. Only a very slight illumination way up in the tree tops.

How can I reset this setting?

Is there a brighter light bulb option? Changing from HID to led? Ballast change?

The GM shop responsible is 2 hrs away and it was 5 months ago. Don't want to have to go back for this simple thing and kill a whole day.

Have you tried setting the headlights to manual and then back to auto?
Have you tried pulling the fuse for the circuit, check owners manual for the fuse.

Did you look at your headlight switch? Does it have a setting marked Auto and then at least two other settings? Turn the switch to the headlight setting and then back to Auto.

Only thing left if there is no other GM dealer closer find a independent shop capable of working on the system
