It's all in the Car's Owner's Manual.

When take the lid of off the fuse box, inside the lid should be a diagram of where the fuses are. Should look the same as the first pic I posted. Look at the diagram inside the lid to verify the Owners Manual is not wrong.

The clutch will not engage if there is not enough refrigerant in the system.

There is another fuse that controls the AC. It's in the fuse box inside the cab in front of drivers right knee.

There is a 3rd fuse/relay that operates the AC but it's in conjunction to a few other things that if they didn't work the car would never start or run.

I am no AC specialist so I can't help you diagnose the problem.
