2015 Enclave Bluetooth Audio Issues

2015 Enclave
I have a 2015 Buick Enclave. Two issues I’m having are with audio.

1. When I have my iPhone connected to Bluetooth (my sister’s as well) and adjust the volume up or down it will play music from the device (whether I had some queued up or not). It’s really aggravating if I’m just trying to use the maps on my phone for navigation and random music starts blaring.

2.When I DO just want to listen to music and I slow down at a light or go around a curve slow the music will fade way down. I don’t want that. I know the volume I want it set at.

How can I fix these? Thanks!

They’re both compatible. I can get the phone to connect, do voice, Siri, music, etc. The car just makes it play random music when I adjust the volume without hitting play or it adjusts the volume itself.
