Buick Enclave 2016 Pandora Greyed Out

I have used the Pandora app, it then connects to my phone where Pandora is installed and played fine. I went to use it this week, and could not find Pandora in my Source, so checked on the screen of the vehicle where bluetooth is located and it is greyed out. I do not have the OnStar package or internet in the vehicle. VIN # 5GAKVCKD9GJ125418

Pandora is a Internet service, so unless you have a Internet connection it is not operational. Not sure what you are looking for as any item that's grayed out is not going to be working so you will need to get your phone and system resync.

Glad to hear, sometimes phone or app updates can also create problems on other paired devices.

Well, it worked for that start of the car. The next time I got in, Pandora in the car was grayed out, but had the bluetooth connection to my phone and everything else worked fine. Any ideas??
