Car runs better on 93

My Sunoco offers both 91 and 93 and just for fun, I tried the 93. I have the regular 2013 Regal, not the GS engine. I find that the car runs better on 93. I get a smoother idle, seems like more power, and one other problem seems to be better - when I am on the brakes around a turn and return to the gas, I don't get that hesitation that I got with the 91.

Of course, all of this could be just in my head and maybe it is because the car is more broken in now, but I also tried it on my 10 year old Saab 9-3 and got similar results, especially the hesitation problem

I'm not one to exceed owner's manual requirements but in this case, it looks like 93 is a better choice for this car and only $.02 more.

Per previous thread I think it was agreed that most found the best to be Shell V-power. It's what i use. I've see a couple studies that agree. Check out You Tube.

Unfortunately only 91 max available in the Republic of Kalifornia. Plus 59.9 cents per gallon state sales tax.
