2011 Enclave
I just bought a 2011 Enclave and when I tried to pair my phone with the Bluetooth system, it says that the maximum of 5 pairings have already been created. I have the option to delete pairings...but only if I know the name tag of the pairing I want to delete. Is there any way to delete these pairings without knowing the names of the previous owners and/or users?

Deleting a Paired Phone
If the phone name you want to delete is unknown, see “Listing All Paired and Connected Phones.” 1. Press and hold b g for two seconds. 2. Say “Bluetooth.”3. Say “Delete.” The system asks which phone to delete. 4. Say the name of the phone you want to delete. Check the owners manual for additional information.
