I purchased a 2023 Buick enclave preferred “ new” from a local dealer. I’ve had it in three times for a steering wheel not centered. Each time they said it was done but it’s still in the same position.
Also,
Before I purchased it I told them them had a bad tire. They said they would balance all of them and if that does not fix it they would replace the tires. After three attempts, they now did a PICO test and found one of the tires way out but still within GM specs. So I’m stuck with a $60k shaking vehicle.
The service dept says GM won’t do anything to fix it. 1700 miles on the car and I hate it. NEVER but GM!!!
I also discovered this car may have been purchased by someone else two months before I purchased which is why I say "new".
