Has anyone had issues with the clarity on the back-up camera. Mine is not clear and very grainy.

I have the same issue with mine, and I have the surround vision as well. It baffles me that they couldn't even alighn the camera properly to avoid seeing the inside of the Buick Emblem and chrome on the trunk trim.

My cameras on my '16 Envision Premium II with Surround are "somewhat" better AFTER the dealer applied the TSB 16-NA-357 (which really fixed the brightness control of the NAV, etc., during changing outside light scenarios). That said, the rear camera is still not very good...nowhere near the "quality' of our '15 Ford Escape Titanium, which is crystal clear. But can't say I have noticed the alignment issue mentioned about the rear camera...maybe compare with another Envision at the dealer, and ask the dealer to check the alignment.

I too have that problem, I replaced a 2013 Cadillac SRX with a 2017 Buick Envision Premium II, and this camera is terrible in pitch black. Never had a problem like that on the SRX, I suspect poor back up lighting. My VIN is LRBFXSX2HD062876 and my email is wt2ga@aol.com I also have an issue with the screen at duck and dawn that makes it impossible to see anything on it ... any help would be greatly appreciated ... Just to add on to this topic, the camera on my 16 Regal is also pretty bad, my 14 Sonata was crystal clear. Is there any hope that replacing the camera would make any difference?

I also have a problem with the GRAINY backup camera...I have had it back to my dealership 3 different times. This last time they replaced the camera and it made no difference whatsoever. I called BUICK but got no help there! They told me if I wanted to take it back to the dealership for diagnostics...I would have to pay for this! I have a 2017 Envision that is still under warranty and should be taken care of. I had a problem with the screen when I bought it and they applied the 16-NA-357 update which corrected the clarity at dusk, etc. BUT, the camera view is TERRIBLE.
Any help...let me know!
