Hands Free?

How can I tell if my 2020 Buick Envision has a hands free option?
I received a message on the dash to “Take Steering” and I have no clue what that means. There is an icon on the left side of the steering wheel that I can’t find in the Owner’s or Infotainment manuals.

It turns off cruise control, page 192 of owners manual. The button on the upper right showing a talking head is to turn on hands free requests.
