Headlamp, HID or LED?

Did some GS models come with HIDs and some with LEDs?

None of our Regal came with HID.
It is either LED or Halogen.

This is the first car I have owned that has factory LEDs, I have converted my cars in the past. Is changing bulbs on this car pretty straight forward? I dont need to yet, just curious

What bulb are you trying to change?
Which kind of headlights do you have?
The factory LED low beam and high beams cannot be changed by the end user. If it is broken, the whole unit needs to be swapped out.
On the other hand, the halogen bulbs can be replaced quite easily. However, the halogen housing are the reflector type and not projector type.

I dont need to change any of them, was just wondering about it. But the while assembly has to be changed when one goes out, that's rough.

Oh yeah, you are looking at about a grand each side.

But the LED headlights should last a very long time comparing to halogen and HID.
