My friend's daughter has a 2013 Buick Verano and apparently, including the dealers, there is no one who can answer my question. The a/c is inop. There is no B+to the compressor. The ETM calls for a clutch relay that I cannot locate. The owner's manual states it's in the under hood fuse panel. NO. not there. The schematic clearly shows it is there. Can anyone please tell me if indeed this car has a relay for the a/c clutch or do I have to trace the connector from the compressor. Thank you for your assistance.

No. No answer. You might try investigating the pressure sensor on the high side line in front of the compressor. Also, check the integrity of the compressor clutch. Let me know your results.
