• In the 1980s and 1990s we used AOL and Usenet. In the 2000s there were forums and message boards. In the 2010s - and until the very near future - social media. Something new is coming for Buick owners... Become an early adopter of what's next by SIGNING UP HERE. • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "2008 LaCrosse" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 2008 LaCrosse" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your LaCrosse, please post in the LaCrosee section - and so on... Helo I'm Greg from the DFW area of Texas. I have a 2005 LaCrosse with only 19k original miles I was gifted to me from my grandmother last May. It had been sitting for several months not being driven so I went thru it and got it road worthy. It needed new tires, battery as well as fluid changes and the worst part was some wiring repair. It had been home to a little varmint and had some chewed wires and spark plug wires. I went to the salvage yard and got another connector and soldered some wires, replaced the spark plug wires and it fired right up. It has the 3.8 Series III motor L26. Base model with the silver convenience package with remote start, driver info center and power everything. It is a wonderful, comfortable car with low miles and many more miles left to go.
