So I took your advice and gave it two days after checking fluids and they are all normal power steering, brake, coolant and windshield washer. So I went under and found that it might be the shock. I knew it was time for new ones but I have never seen then leak.

Depending on the milage 50 to 80K is about max for most struts and it looks like the seals may be going. Normally they are replaced in pairs so that the handling remains constant. Here's a pdf on how to tell if it's a leaking or normal, if left undone steering will become unstable over bumps and cornering.
