Are there seals on the inside of the axle and tie rods? My drivers side is showing some moisture but I don't see any active dripping and the fluid levels are still okay. Any idea what could be causing this? Attached is a picture of the driver's side axle and tie rod.

I wouldnt worry about them. Replacing the seals causing the seepage could turn them into full blown leaks. Just occasionally take a look, and make sure it hasnt gotten worse. Otherwise, just leave them be.

Edit: I would like to add that the seepage you see there could eventually turn into a leak. or it may run till the cars dieing day.. Its a crapshoot. It also isnt broken, and there is no need to fix it.

My Aztek has a leak SOMEWHERE in the power steering system. I have to add fluid to it every -2- years! Am I going to spend 1000 bucks to fix a problem that costs me 5 bucks every 2 years? HELL NO!
