Lowering kit for Regal GS?

Anyone lowered their GS on here? I got a ‘16 and it just isn’t low enough for me. I’m running the 19s, very low profile tire and looking to tuck the tires up in the fenders. Need 2” lower approximately. Since the GS is already lower than the stock Regal, I’m assuming most kits won’t achieve what I’m trying to do. Please anyone who has upgraded their suspension please let me know what companies you used. I hate buying car parts and getting things I don’t like.

While on the subject, anybody know of what to use with the 20s? I think I came across Eibach springs as a lowering option. Most likely keep the stock struts but same as mine is about an inch from the fender. Just want to close the gap but not really tuck too much in.

Do a search on here and you will find more info. You are looking for Eibach PN: E10-65-019-15-22 (for Opel Insignia 2.0T). I don't think they will drop it a full 2" like you are looking for but the people on here that have done it have liked the result.

Careful when lowering your car in the front. I have heard that you will go through CV boots a lot faster than stock height. IIRC, one guy only made it 10K miles after he lowered his car before he had to replace the boot.
