Need help

I have a 1999 Buick Regal and it’s my baby I fixed it up rebuilt it basically but I’m kinda stuck on something and it’s the hvac system I have a new ac compressor new ac lines just replaced the passenger side blend door actuator( don’t see a drivers side one) ac/heater blower motor works and all the under dash vacuum lines on passenger side seem in order but I’m still getting air out of defrost and floor it won’t change vents and it won’t change temperatures and I have no clue what else it could be can someone please help me

I found the left one replaced it too so both are new and still has the same issue air very faintly comes through mid vents mostly through defrost but when you put the ac on it does get cold on passenger side I’ve no clue what the issue now is

Try programming the blend doors.
Place key in run position, do not start, turn on AC.
Pull fuse 41, AC fuse, wait 30 seconds, replace fuse, you should hear blend doors move.

Oke I will try this I’ll keep you posted thank you for helping me with this cus it’s been by far the trickiest thing I’ve dealt with
