i am new to this and all i need to find out is why my 95 roadmaster horn goes on whenever it feels like it !!!!! please help !!!!!!

If there is a rehab for this (Buick road master) I will fight tooth and nail not to go !!! I have had mine for three weeks, this is more fun than should be allowed by law. LAND YATS RULE
