2011 Buick Enclave
Hello, almost 5 months ago, we purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL-2. It had 112,XXX miles on it, but really good shape.
I started having tranny issues recently which is being addressed for free. I also am facing hefty charges for new struts and mounts. That's just normal wear and tear.
However, we just started having to use the heater. The front blows extremely nice warm air but the rear under seats are blowing cold air right onto my neck.
What would cause that and how would it be fixed?

Most likely a bad actuator in the rear air box but also could be a broken blend door you can have someone with a good scanner to determine if it’s a actuator
