Replacing the EGR valve

How in the world do I get the thing out of there? I was able to loosen the bolt toward the passenger side, but the other bolt is in a tight spot.

It seems the only way to get to it is to remove the throttle body first, which I don't really wanna do. Is there an easier way to remove the EGR?
