Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "2008 LaCrosse" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 2008 LaCrosse" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... I just purchased a 1979 Riviera with wire wheel cover lock screws. Unfortunately, the removal tool is missing. Screw head is as shown.
Can anyone tell me the code letter and where I might find a tool? Also, is there a way to remove the screw without the tool? Thanks in advance.
You need that tool. I've seen a few different styles too. Check under the spare. Might be wired around lug wrench. Do you have an old dealer or tire shop nearby? They may have one in service department.
