washer nozzle adjustment?

can the windshield washer nozzle spray be adjusted? i looked at it and tried to move it but i can't see where there is anything to adjust. The spray is horrible, there is a little mist that hits the windshield in front of the driver, and a stream sprays on the left, a few inches from the pillar.

It may have a small piece of debris jammed in one of the nozzles. I've fixed that on other cars by taking off the nozzle head and using a can of compressed air to clear it out.
