94 roadmaster/ 65 special
My new to me 94 roadmaster sedan has steel wheels with hubcaps and 255/70R/15 rubber. I've got c10 sport wheels with trims and center caps is like to use. I've got these in both 6.5 and 8 inch widths. Does anyone know if the 8 inch will clear. I know I need to jack the body up and droop the axle to get the tears on and off.

C10 from what year or do you know the bolt pattern, backspace and offset?

2wd half ton square body had 6.5 or 7 inch wheels. The vans had 8. 1973 to 87

Well I had a 255/70/15 on stock wheel self destruct. Spare was flat got it aired up and limped home. Dug around and found a 245/70/15 on 8 inch wide truck sport rim and stuffed it on the back. 245/70 on 8 inch is all that fits. Really tight to the sidewall. I found a 225/75/15 on the narrow sport rim and tossed it in for a spare. 2 days later the right front let loose so the 225 is on the front to get me home. I'm going to swap to the 8 inch wheels and either going 235/70 all the way around or 235 on front and 245/70 on back. The sport wheels look good on this

245/70 on 8 in on back. 225/75 on 6.5 or 7 on front

GM changed the bolt pattern in 1991 when they redesigned the Roadmaster/Caprice.
Are you sure? The pattern should be the same as non wagon pre 91. Maybe different studs? Metric vs SAE

Same bolt pattern as square body caprice and square and obs 2wd chevy truck. Metric instead of SAE studs
that makes sense, my 77 electra (C body, not B body like the roadmaster or the lesabre before it) should be the same (besides lug nuts)

The exceptions are the electra (estate) wagon which im 99% sure is a b body had a larger pattern and so did the others. Im not sure about the 1990s B bodies (or Cadillac) if they used larger patterns on the wagons or not. possibly with towing package?

The '90's RM wagon & sedan had the same bolt pattern 5x115.

They definitely changed the bolt pattern in 1991. I bought a new 91 Caprice and first thing I went to put the winter wheels off my old Caprice. No fit.

Tire Rack says up to 1990 they used 5x114.3 and 5x127 for 91-96.
