in the service manual is written, if i change the crankshaft position sensor i have to relearn it with an special tool, is it necessary?

No, not with a 1995. Just drive it for about 50-miles @ it will relearn the position.

now i have changed the crankshaft position sensor the ignition coils and the ICM. PA runs good but the automatic transmission dont shifts into the overdrive. someone any idea?

it works thanks, 👍

but not perfect, if acelaerating he "jerks" sometimes, spark plugs?

I see no mention yet of you changing the spark plugs, or wires. If any of those have failed, you can kill new coils & possibly the ICM.
