2013 Regal GS, Smokey Grey, auto, 19”, Nav
I am a former active member of this forum and now reside in the Envision Avenir family- another truly outstanding Buick.

Yesterday I saw several articles that seemed to whisper that a Regal GS could return to the US, possibly with a 3.0 twin turbo and styling that actually would get heads spinning.

Now who knows if this is pure fantasy or not, but since it has been said that Buick monitors these forums, I want to go on record that I will buy such a vehicle in a heartbeat.

I still think of my 2018 GS as the absolute best car that I’ve ever owned and an updated version with power would be a complete hoot.

Yes, that would be great! Bring back the TourX too! I really like our 2019, and I'd get a new one.

Can you post links to said articles? I did a quick Google search and could only find AI-generated junk.

I would imagine at this point, Buick is going to lean more into segments where they can build volume and make money. The Envista has been a great success and while it is not an "enthusiast" vehicle by any means, people who buy it are enthusiastic about the amount of car they get for their money.

I’m sorry but I am not sure of the source. It was, however, an article about Buick’s models in China that went on to suggest that the future in the US might include non SUV products.
Obviously the major manufacturers are rethinking their models with the poor demand for EVs and the elimination of the tax credit. I believe that fuel prices will plummet and some exciting cars will once again appear.
