Car keeps dying doesn't matter if I'm running 75 on interstate or stopped in drive thru

My 2000 Buick lesabre custom keeps dying , reading error codes P0141 and P0420. I can be on interstate doing 75 or stopped in drive thru it just dies whenever it wants. It will crank over and sometimes starts immediately back up other times it takes 30 minutes or longer.
I am a female and I have no mechanical skills please help me as I am broke AF and don't have money to keep throwing into the vehicle.

Car keeps dying while driving doesn't matter if I'm running 75 on interstate or stopped in a driveway. It died when it chooses too, and starts the same. Sometimes it will crank and start right back up other times it will crank until I run the battery dead and have to get a jump.
I no nothing about cars and need help. please and thank you
