I got a 97 regal GS that, as soon as you turn the key on, the engine starts, nothing I can do makes the starter turn off unless I wait for 10s for it to auto shut off, or turn the engine off, I’ve tried new ignition switches. I was just curious if anyone knew if these spots on my car were water marks that could potentially be scrubbed/acid-washed off, or if they are from sun damage over the years? Pictures are the headlight, taillight and roof. Thanks for any help you can provide!
