I just installed a new, not a junkyard or remand, icm (ignition control module) under the original coil packs. Checked spark continuity which is strong on all 3. I've rebuilt the trans, with professional help & installed a rebuilt 3.8l ohv long block with all new sensors. I'm not getting codes...

My 1998 Regal GS just died yesterday. I towed it to AAMCO and he said it is throwing a U1255 code which is where the ECM and PCM communication has been lost. Does anyone know how I can fix this myself or how long it will take? I don't know if it's worth putting the $ into it at the shop. :sad...

Does anyone know where I can find a diagram for a 1998 Buick Regal GS spark plug wiring placement? Plug wires recently replaced and it's idling a little rough. Wanting to check and make sure we have them correctly placed. Thank you! :eek:
