2000 buick

I have a 2000 buick lesabre. Since I bought it I have had no turn signals. Not on the dash or outside of the car. I've replaced the flash box, multi function switch. I've checked and replaced all fuses and relays that I can find to relate to the turn signals. Confusing because my hazards work...
