bnr tune

I have a 2013 turbo with a trifecta tune on the car currently. I have heard mixed opinions on the trifecta tune and was wondering what peoples experiences where with other tunes like BNR, ZZP, IPF etc.

Guys - I was under I the impression that for 500 dollars you got a hand held tuner with a ECU flash update - give your mods - and the hand held will adjust - well I guess I was incorrect - I asked for an additional modification to the original order and this is what I received - see below...
