my 1985 regal 3.8 limited has no heat. i replaced the control panel (it was jammed). the blower motor works, it just blows cold air on cold or hot, the vent selector works (defrost, vent, heat, etc..) just all cold. the heater core is good, as i felt the hoses coming in and going out of it and...
