Recently my car has been dieing whenever I am idling at a stoplight, in traffic, etc. Does anyone have any ideas why. Oil has been changed and had a new engine installed, battery is reading around 14V, could it be the an air clogged issue, or fuel filter issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.
