engine light.

Hello, so my Buick Encore is doing this, I stop at a light and It’s rocking back and forth. Engine light went on yesterday also. Any ideas what it could be? One more thing I forgot to post, I stopped to put gas in, my encore didn’t want to start. It kept turning over like wanting to, but no go...
