Best Oil for a 2000 Buick Park Ave

common problems to look for on 2002 Park Avenue Ultra with 200k
Hello, I'm looking into buying a one owner 2002 Park Ave Ultra with 200k miles for $1,800. I'm aware of the 3800 series engines being very reliable, but not much else about these cars. Any buying advice or what to look out for would be appreciated, thanks! Ps I own a 2003 Saab 9-3...- SAABer

Can i use valvoline maxlife 10w30 oil in a car with only 42,000
can i use valvoline maxlife 10w30 oil in a car with only 42,000 miles on it. I have heard that once you do this the seals will swell up and then you always have to commit to using a high mileage blend oil . Is this true.- lasabre
