looking to buy

Hi all, I'm new here and this is my first post. As the title says, I'm looking to buy a 2018-2020 GS. Preferably a black or graphite colored one (I hate red but its the most common) that has every option, less than 40k miles, and less than $35k. There is only one GS with low miles for sale...

I drove all the way up from Miami to see a white 96 RME in Bradenton. It is in craiglist. I called the guy. Sent me pics, told me it was his, etc. The car is a rust bucked, mechanically is ok. It was a ripoff. These guys are dealers and they even tried to add an "impact fee" for $400.00. Well...
