low oil

Hello, First time here I need your feedback and what measurements you guys are getting when checking the oil first thing in the morning. I usually do 3000 mile intervals using mobil 1 5w30. I have 2011 Buick Lacrosse with 2.4 ecotec engine. FWD. This is the result when i checked this morning...

So, for the third time in about seven oil changes, my dealer shorted the fresh oil by 1 to 1.5 quarts. Picked the car up last night and on the way to work today the "low oil / add engine oil' warning came up. Checked the dipstick and nothing registered. How can it be so difficult to understand...
