oil change

I have had this oil leaked and today I think I narrowed it down to this T bolt above the oil cooler. Does anyone know what the oil cooler is connected to and what the T bolt is?

New to the fourms here, cant find the answer any where so hoplfully... I have a Buick Park Avenue that has an alarm going off on the dash, near constantly, telling me to change my oil. I've looked and looked but not of the methods I have found allow me to reset it. The manual says to use DIC...

So looking at the parts manual at GMPartsDirect there was only one oil filter listed for my 2018 Encore Premium Trim. Since I have always done my own oil changes, I ordered six of the AC PF2257G oil filters. Unfortunately when I went to change the oil, in spite of what the parts manual said...

Anybody out there doing their own oil changes? If so, what oil are you using? The owners manual for my 2013 2.0T call for 5W-30, Synthetic-Blend, dexos1 licensed. I'm sure the dealerships are using ACdelco brand, but it would be interesting to see if there are still getting or using the 5W-30...

What is this Button For ENG/MET . its to the left side and its elongated in shape with this writing on the bottom and at the top it says TRIP OD so I figure that's just to set the trip indicator to zero again but the bottom puzzles me and there is no written indications in between the trip...
