Put anti-seize on your oil and trans cooler lines.
The radiator in my '96 Roadmaster popped. Internally. All my engine oil went into the radiator. In pulling the rad out of my parts car one of the oil cooler lines was frozen to the tube nut. Replacement coolant hose for 2003 Rendevous
Can I use fuel line hose to replace oil cooler hoses on 3.4L? i had to remove the oil cooler ( oil filter location in order to replace 2" kburst hose) I have 5/16" fuel line but I sure don't want to have to do this twice.- tr121336
