radiator fan problem

This is my grandfather's sedan, passed on to me when he passed and I have done a lot of the maintenance on it myself. Recently noticed the car getting above normal temp (just under the midline on the coolant gauge was normal in the summer, it started climbing to just over half-way when idling)...

I upgraded my alternator, positive/negative wires and engine ground for my subs. Now the A/C clutch won't engage and both radiator fans don't turn on. I checked the relays/fuses and they're all good. The new wiring is getting good power/ground too. Could my PCM be the issue? I've done this...
