reduced power mode

So I have a 05 lacrosse replaced throttle body and gas petal . Still goes into reduced power mode . Codes p1125 and p2138 it’s driving me nuts . We are retired and on a fixed income so have to fix it myself. Hope I put this in the right place . Apologies if not . Ozzy
