seat memory recall

Fuse is good, power to switches, mirrors do not move either. Power under the seat. I feel like it is the power seat module under the drives seat. Passenger seat works fine. Seat is in the all the way forward position. Have not found a way to move it. I have heard there is a memory seat module...

The seat recall feature works great with one of our key fobs. It doesn't work with the other. The seat gets confused and goes all the way back instead of recalling the programmed seat position. Same behavior regardless of whether easy exit is enabled or not. Dealer's maintenance department...
