slow acceleration

I have a 94 PA non-ultra. 250k. Shifts fine, sometimes 1st shifts a little hard when you hit it but not bad. There is no power, like when you floor it, hardly any response. New plugs, wires, fuel filter, coil packs seem fine, ICM checks out, no back firing or stalling. Doesn't really shake or...
