My voice recognition was not working and last week my dealership updated my car's software. The PI or technical service bulletin is number PI0880C. Has anyone had this update performed on their Verano?

I'm having the familiar problem with my radio/nav/clock in my 2011 Lacrosse, where everything reverts back to a previous state whenever I turn the car off/on. I set the clock time, it reverts back. I add a new address to my Nav address book, it disappears. Lots of prompts with the Nav system...
