What's up all? Need help getting out entire steering column. Seems easy when everyone seems to say,'All you need to do is remove the bolt on the floorboard.' Not true! I've got the one on the floorboard, the two around the middle of the column, and now I think there's two more. And...

I am trying to identify this part of the steering column. it is cracked (circled) and I need to find a replacement. Thanks in advance.

Just bought a 2012 Regal GS. Are my steering wheel control buttons supposed to light up at night? I noticed last night it was hard to see them, looks like no back lighting. I believe the Insignia's do from the pictures. Please post a pic if you have one! Any help much appreciated! Thanks!
