steering column removal

Looking for some help. Working on a 99 LeSabre that has no ignition power. I replaced the key cylinder as the 2 white wires that came out of it were slightly pinched and thought that was the problem. No dice. I want to check the ignition switch and do some testing/replacement. However, HOW...
