Hi all, The wiper fluid on my 2003 LeSabre is barely spraying anything. When I disconnect the tubes from the wiper nozzle it does flow freely but with much power. When connected, it just spits out a tiny amount of fluid and only very close to the nozzle mouth so it barely covers the bottom part...

My driver's side wiper arm is loose. It wiped all the way to my driver's side mirror and got stuck. I've tightened the nut twice and the arm is still loose, what's the problem? Thanks.
